Shannon Vaughan is one of OTC’s Commercial Lines Account Managers. Throughout her 20 years in the Commercial Insurance Industry, Shannon has attained many skills, education and experience with a broad range of client industry backgrounds.  She holds an education designation as a Chartered Insurance Professional and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist. Her extensive experience includes managing Large Volume General Contractor type of accounts, Surety and reviewing CCDC contracts and applying these requirements to customer program needs.Shannon Vaughn

Continued learning is of high regard to her career goals and for the benefit of her clients. She is currently enrolled in the Canadian Risk Management Program and Management Liability Insurance Specialist Program. Shannon is dedicated to learning everything there is to know about her clients’ business, educate them about insurance products for their business, and provide timely customer service to meet their insurance needs. She is known for her responsiveness, attention to detail and for her ability to make even the most complicated insurance policies comprehensible.
