know, will look very different this year due to COVID-19. For many small businesses, including restaurants, the impact of COVID-19 will be devastating. Whether it is due to an increase in online shopping and ordering, the inability to safely provide physical distancing, or other circumstances related to the pandemic, many doors that closed, may not reopen.

At OTC Insurance, we love our community and believe it is important to support our local shops and restaurants. It is with this in mind, that all of the OTC staff were given $75 to spend at a local restaurant to take their family out to eat.  

This was a simple gesture that rewarded the OTC staff for their hard work during these unprecedented times while also supporting our community. We would love to see other businesses do the same for their employees (and local businesses). Local businesses are valuable members of our community and often donate money, products or services to non-profits and sports leagues. This is our opportunity to return the support.Whether you purchase gift certificates to your favourite local store, buy a cup of coffee from your favourite coffee shop, or buy take-out dinner for all your employees from a local restaurant, now is the time to show your support to our local businesses.
