OTC Broker, President, Christine Gaudreau was recently recognized for her hard work and dedication by Insurance Business Canada in their Insurance Business Magazine (IBC), issue 8.03. This IBC issue celebrates 45 of the Canadian insurance industry’s foremost female leaders and Christine is one of them. She broke through the glass ceiling in a sector traditionally dominated by men.

As she states in IBC Magazine, “I had this drive to understand the insurance world and how it all worked,” she says. “I’ve worked in all areas of insurance and wondered, how could I use this expertise to help people? That’s when OTC insurance was developed, and we built our team with smart, educated, compassionate people to give the service that I would want to receive.”

Christine is now the sole owner of OTC Insurance and we could not be prouder of her accomplishments. In addition to running her insurance brokerage she is also an active member of the Women Presidents’ Organization, the Insurance Brokers Association of Nova Scotia, and the Risk and Insurance Management Society.
